Growing the Team
Last week we welcomed dione.bingy better known as DJ DD to the mentor team. In her role, she will collaborate with the team and players to contribute to the development of compelling sim-wide events.
All players are welcome to submit event ideas. Guidelines, along with how to submit, has now been added the official Calendar page.
We also want to announce that we have selected Rose-Hanna Davis (ravenousdesires) as a lead role at Eclipse Ridge Urgent Care and Medical Center.
The role of a lead is to drive roleplay interactions through storylines and events. A lead is not equipped to handle player issues or sim issues and will defer to Mentors for moderation and assistance.
We are looking at a more formalized process to launch in the next month or so for people to volunteer for lead, but are still in the process of deciding where those roles would be the most beneficial.

Four more weeks ’til All Hallows Eve Eclipse Ridge! We’re barreling down the lane with beautiful weather, lots to do, and the Ridges weekly count down broadcast!
We’ve visited with Poe, enjoyed some Wicked Witchy fun, and now it’s time to Let the Fur Fly! This week it’s Weird Circle and “The Werewolf” ask “The White Wolf of Hartz Mountain” June of 1944 was it’s first airing. A Brief synopsis for those needing just a little more is as follows.
“The Werewolf” harks back to more of an “Old World” style and atmosphere werewolf tale, as it takes place in the heavily forested, dark and forbidding mountain country of Europe, far from the bustle and commerce of humanity.
Following our story we’ll enjoy Music and an Open Request Line to satisfy any craving, all on KRDG!

Saturday Oct. 12th – 6pm SLT Luck Be A (Spooky!) Lady@ The Bunker
Nothing is more fun than a night of cards, dice, and laughter in an opulent setting—that is, nothing except a Halloween-themed version!
The Bunker will be turned into a vibrant casino atmosphere, complete with all sorts of SL games from the past and present! Slot machines, Greedy, poker, Uno, Cards Against Humanity, and whatever else gets dusted off and brought in from the basement will be set up for fun times and mingling!
As always, the dress code is upscale cocktail-to-formal attire, though we encourage your very best Halloween twist on your Monte Carlo looks! A laid-back, informal costume contest will occur at 8:30 PM, with fun prizes offered to the winners.

With great anticipation, we look forward to the gathering of the board and esteemed members of the chamber alongside the vibrant community. This board not only upholds cherished annual traditions but also welcomes innovative concepts and fresh perspectives to Eclipse Ridge.
In an effort to enhance community relations, rumors are circulating throughout the Ridge that Grave Corporation intends to temporarily open Old Town for a one-night only event for All Hallows Eve, as indicated by a permit recently requested by the corporation at town hall. Is the Sterling County Sheriff’s Office, which has been steadfast in enforcing the controversial “No Trespassing” order that agitated residents during the summer, being undermined by this recent development?
Would you attend such a party in the abandoned and condemned Old Town?
