The Grave Corporation today announced it had submitted plans to construct a new corporate headquarters at 1000 Redcloud Rd, the former site of Pump ‘n’ Dump Gas and Service. In a statement to the media, CEO Leah Grave stated:
“Today, Grave Corp is reaffirming our commitment to Eclipse Ridge and the wider community. Bringing new development, new opportunities, and new investment to the area. Grave Corp has been a staple of the region’s growth, and intends to solidify that commitment with this investment.”
The new corporate headquarters will feature expanded office space, research and development laboratories, and training facilities.
With plans and permitting submitted to city officials on Monday, Grave Corporation’s Head Legal Counsel Mackenzie Lothian confirmed that they will work with the City of Eclipse Ridge to ensure mutual benefit:
“Despite economic headwinds, and ongoing challenges in the industry, Grave Corporation will continue to work closely with our partners at all levels of government to ensure a smooth transition. Despite tempting and repeated offers from other localities, our roots will remain in Sterling County.”
The plans are part of a wider revitalization effort, Mr. Lothian explained, “Many areas of the region have been abandoned for decades, and it is our belief and mission to invest in the prosperity of our friends and neighbors.” Mr. Lothian hinted at future development plans for the so-called ‘Old Town’, the site of some of the earliest mining settlements in the region.
Those worried about where they will find their premium gas can visit Pump ‘N’ Dump at its new location 1200 Silverton Road.
