Sim Established Businesses
Sim businesses are official rentable establishments in Eclipse Ridge & Sterling County and are not eligible for customization. Any player can claim to be employed at any sim established business.
If you would like to manage a sim businesses, you may submit a proposal in our Discord Ticket Hub or send a note-card in world to Leah Grave (abigail.macalroy), Anya Murtagh (Caissa McCarey), or Fen Blacach (fen.syakumi).
Upon approval, you will gain the ability to organize events for the business, act as a representative of the business within the Eclipse Ridge Chamber of Commerce, and be able to add extra decorations within the space allocated to your business.
Please note the following:
- The original intent and services of the business must stay intact.
- Cost of the sim business includes prim for some personalization (ie. office, extra products, etc)
- Decorations cannot alter from the original design of the building (ie. retexturing walls, ceiling, etc).
- Eclipse Ridge owners reserve the right to return items that are in violation without notice.
- Players who manage a sim business should be active in the business at least once per week.
- Missed renewals will be locked and eligible for new applications if no contact is made to staff within 48 hours.
Private Businesses
Private businesses are player created locations and are required to follow the sim Rental Rules. Private business must submit a proposal to staff for approval. Locations remained locked and will be reserved for renting after the business is approved. Any set up prior to approval will be returned and may lead to the proposal being denied.
To apply you can submit a ticket in Discord or send a proposal to Leah Grave (abigail.macalroy), Fen Blacach (fen.syakumi), or Anya Murtagh (Caissa McCarey) in-world via notecard.
