The Sterling County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) serves the geographically large and diverse region of Sterling County, Colorado. Headquartered at 900 East Center Street in Eclipse Ridge, the SCSO’s jurisdiction spans several incorporated villages and towns in the Rocky Mountains, including State Parks, industrial zones, and major highways. Working closely with local, State, and Federal agencies, the SCSO’s duty to serve and protect the people of this region is first and foremost in its daily operations and the minds of its Deputies, Civilian Staff, and Command.

SCSO Deputies are tasked with a wide variety of challenges in some of the United States’ most varied and rugged terrain.
